    infinitas essentiae Dei

This is from the wonderful book, Dictionary of Latin and Greek Theological Terms: Drawn Principally from Protestant and Scholastic Theology (Baker, 1985).  Richard A. Muller has done Christianity a great service.  I have quoted him before in my articles on “infinity”, but want to quote the entire passage under the...

    End of Procreation?

    by

John Scargy has written a piece that ought to cause one’s jaw to drop to floor.  Scargy is a “Full Preterist” by the way, who also claims to be “Reformed.”  Yet, a Church of Christ gentlman, Jeff Vaughn, had to point out what the Westminster Confession of Faith states.  To...

If you have been following the recent exchanges between me and Full Preterist teacher, Dave Green (along with a few others, namely, on this site, former Full Preterist, Sharon Nichols) then you will have seen where Mr. Green finally admits that Full Preterism cannot have any notion whatsoever of an...

Response to Dave Green on Towards a Fuller Preterism

    by
    11
Dave Green has “responded” to my article and after reading it, I decided to respond because it certainly highlights our different approaches.  It highlights it with clarity, and that is to be appreciated.  I will not, however, respond to Mike Sullivan, who seems to have a Roderick-like penchant for bringing...

About Us

Our theology is worked out in terms of the Bible, which we affirm has been best expressed, in keeping with the organic development of the Church in her matters of faith and doctrine, in the principles of the Reformation of the 16th century. We affirm our historical link to the Councils, Creeds, Confessions, and Reformed Standards. We affirm, with those works, that they are not infallible, but “may and have erred” (WCF 31:3). The Bible is the sole Standard which claims infallibility. We affirm that theology is ever worked out in this truth, within Her history, and with Her chosen people.
